Uncanny ability to call great Trades

Background: After speaking with Stephen, I decided to sign-up for a 1-year contract. There were a number of forms that need e-signatures and I didn't really get a chance to read them completely during the signing process. The next day, I had some apprehension about signing up, wondering to myself if this class was really worth the money, since, I had looked at other trading class which I was suspect about". Also, I was leaving for Europe on a vacation and started thinking, "was Prosper Trading legit", and I don't need this uncertainty during my vacation. So, I noticed that the finance agreement had a 3-day cancellation policy, so I initiated the cancellation process. After coming back from vacation, I wanted to verify that I cancelled the course, So I contacted the finance company and they set my contract was cancelled. In addition to financing, I had put an initial deposit of $450.00 down. I was expecting the $450.00 to be credited to my credit card account but it wasn't, so I disputed the charge and then contacted Stephen, to see if I could resolve the issue. Come to find out that cancelling the financing didn't really cancel my agreement for the course. I explained this situation to Stephen, He said he would get back to me. I didn't hear from him for several days, so I called him back. Stephen indicated that his boss Mo, wanted to discuss the issue with me. Resolution: When Mo and I connected, Mo initially wanted to understand what the circumstances were that made me want to take the course in the first place, and then what changed my mind. ( described above). I got the sense that Mo was interested in my motivation for wanting take the course, more so, than just holding me to the contract I signed. Mo indicated that I could either have a refund, or still take the course ( He offered me a couple of very good pricing alternatives to the original cost of the 1-year course that I signed up for. In short, both Stephen and Mo were professional in their discussions with me. I was also, very impressed that Mo took the time to understand my issue, find out what my motivations were and resolve my issue, to my complete satisfaction. One suggestion I have for Prosper Trading ( and maybe it was discussed but I don't remember it ) Is just to clearly inform clients of what the Prosper Trading cancellation policy is. )

Prosper Academy has the most intelligent personable guys working there, and they are so very helpful. Anything, any question you have they stop what they are doing, and they are so busy, and they help. I've been a member for a very long time, I've learned so much from them. They have so many learning programs and sometimes? You get a break. I thank them so much for the breaks they have provided for me. Thank you Prosper and every one of you awesome guys that I know.

I have been trading in the room for a month. I have more than got back the cost to join. In fact I have also made enough in one of my accounts for a trip to Europe next week! In addition, Scott explains the trades and the risk to reward is always very good. Trust me I have tried many of the so called experts and this is the real deal! Bob Buchanan

I signed up in May and already realizing the benefits. The staff is great about checking on my progress and showing concern for my financial well being/trading success. The coaches with whom I have had experience (Scott Bauer and Mike Shorr) are wonderfully patient with students and their questions. If you ever watch Scott Bauer being interviewed I can tell you that he delivers a consistent message with his training and he is got to be one of the best at engaging real time feedback from his students. The online lessons prepared by Mike Shorr have already accounted for two jaw dropping paradigm shifts and my follow up conversations have resulted in profitable changes in behavior. I consider myself in good hands and my membership fees as money very well spent.

Very fast to respond, always helpful, many points of contact. Have been with the company for two months. (up to you how fast you want to go) Got onboarded with the team while Mitch was supportive through the entire process., and is quick to make strong recommendations on learning about trading and Scott's expertise. Also, remember that they are busy, you have many points of contact. Mitch picked up my calls 90% of the time. But you can ask questions in the chat room. What I really love about this program is the teachers and chat room. You can learn the basics and follow the trades to create income which is just incredible. Of course, I am still beginning the program so there's a lot to learn. This is really a personal journey, and everyone's different, but believe that you can learn a lot from the experience. Also, I believe that if you need the value and see the value in the different benefits of joining the company I highly recommend getting all your questions first and they have this really good program (the program I joined) if you believe anything is negotiable than you need to negotiate with Mitch on a good program! Some points: Immediate follow up with both TDameritrade (they have special rates with them) and after seeing the initial webinar which helped me to assess different companies (They have been around for quite some time now) (good news). (some of the best support out there) (really great chat room) (live teachings, with countless hours of fundamentals and up-to-speed which is what I was looking for: also lot's of reviews and helpful stories to determine whether this company is right for you or if you have any other questions.
