I have been a member for a few months the instructors are excellent, very knowledgeable. They may be somewhat set in their ways and you have to get used to that, but such is life. e.g. some trades may be too fast for me and some days may be frustrating but overall the teaching and trades have been good. cannot say enough good things about MO chegini, the lead salesperson. I had some issues with one style of trading, and he was very patient and had a long conversation with me to understand things and move me elsewhere. They are a leading and respected academy for options and stocks, and I would recommend them highly.

Scott and Charlie are natural teachers who come across as approachable and willing to help. They know their subject very well and have developed methods to help students when they fall behind. The website was easy to use and if I did have issues, the Help Desk was always willing to assist. Their back office systems need improvement but they have committed to improve in this area.

I have tried about 10 other research/investor organizations. Prosper is the real deal. They are there to train and lead members to success. The training is spot on and communication is very good when there are questions and concerns.they respond at least with an acknowledgement within a few hours and then follow-up on the meat of the issue with the appropriate time and effort to clarify the issue and for encouragement. Great team. Very professional, dedicated and mostly care about teaching their new students. Mo, Scott, Charlie and Mike are terrific . always ready to answer questions and very prompt in returning calls and e mails. Money well invested !

Hands down awesome service, from the moment I joined I felt like I was getting support from everyone at Prosper trading academy. I truly felt like they wanted me to succeed. They check in on you and make sure you understand how to get the most from the program. Respond quickly to questions and give guidance and advice when needed. I had a finance education but zero experience trading options , this program is not just for pros or people with experience. I have learned so much in only a few months and gained what I feel is knowledge that would have taken me years on my own (and probably lots of bad trades).
