I made an appointment for my daughter who is in college and just couldn't manage finding a doctor and getting to one off campus. Though I had some issues with setting it up, the customer service support was excellent and easy to reach even on a Sunday. I was able to set up the appointment for the next day (my daughter didn't want the same day appointment). She had a bit of an issue logging on for the appointment in the app, but managed it via the website. She said the doctor was so nice. The whole experience was quick, easy and very positive. She will definitely continue to use Prosper Medical.

Customer service was great Doctor was great I got great service all around. The video chat was a little choppy not a really good signal I had to schedule a later hour that day because video call was not good. My signal was good so I'm assuming it was the video chat system being utilized. Thank you for your time.
