wasn't crazy about the mess left behind

I had a very favorable impression of your company, from my initial phone call requesting service, to the time my files were picked up for shredding. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and very thorough. It certainly was a pleasure dealing with your company.

I was referred to ProShred by my attorney. From the first phone call to the actual shredding was awesome! Professional and great service! I highly recommend this company!!

The shredding was completed in less than an hour. The driver/operator was courteous, and he did a great job.

Sam was most helpful and answered all the questions we had. He also made us aware of some of the other services that are available. We are always very happy with the service, that is why we continue to use Proshred

Fast and courteous

During our visit, we experienced several issues. Firstly, the order was placed under the wrong name which almost led to the first driver being rejected by our receptionist. To make matters worse, three different trucks had to be sent on three different dates because the original order taker did not input the correct amount of boxes. Initially, the driver tried to blame our company for the mistake, but we were able to provide proof by pulling up the order request which showed that the order taker had not requested the right amount of trucks. Finally, the last pickup driver was rude and impatient, repeatedly calling our receptionist because he did not want to wait for our maintenance team to open the doors for them to work out of.

This company was quick to respond to my phone call. They were very well organized with scheduling me and getting the job done. I will definitely contact them again for any future needs.
