Really impressed with Sharpen Up 365. My pocket knife was in terrible shape when I sent it in, and they returned it with a perfect, even edge: sharper than new. Return shipping was flawless, fast, and super secure with great updates. Quality work and great service. Highly recommend.

So I’m a chef . this is the first time I used this company. Now when I sign in I got everything very quick, now here where it gets interesting, I never got any emails it took way too long I did reach out to them, they said they made a mistake and said it should be there soon, so with that said they did apologize and they gave me a full refund +20% off our next-door. I do have to commend them for backing up their company and taking care of me. I was not going to use them again because of the miscommunication but now I am thinking about it again one more time I still have not received the knives. I haven’t seen the work they have done but as a company they do stand behind their award and I do appreciate that sincerely chef Jack

Hi Jack, We truly appreciate your feedback and the context you provided regarding your experience. As you mentioned, we failed to properly communicate that your knives were already on their way back to you. Since you hadn’t heard from us for a few days, it’s completely understandable that you became concerned about your knives. This was a genuine mistake on our part, and one that we personally reached out to you about by phone to sincerely apologize for. We also issued a full refund for the inconvenience. We take great pride in both our workmanship and customer service, and we’re sorry that we fell short in this situation. We appreciate you giving Sharpen Up 365 a try, and we truly hope you’ll consider giving us a second chance in the future.
