The drivers who pick-up are friendly and professional. They arrive on time, they empty all the bins, and they never leave us hanging.

The driver was very professional and handled all our shredding quickly and in a very clean fashion with only a little help from our maintenance team. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I expected them hours before they arrived and no one let me know they would be running late. Although technically they did arrive within the 4 hour window they gave us, they arrived with only 15 minutes to spare and our maintenance team stayed late to assist them because of this. The actual work, however was impeccable and the team was always very nice on the phone and in emails.

Fast response to phone calls. Drivers for initial drop off and first shredding service were very professional and friendly. I chose PROSHRED for their residential service.

Monday we spoke about dates. You suggested me April 1 to which I replied no as I had to work that day. You put me on hold and then said your truck would be in my area on Wednesday (yesterday) and that I would get a call Tuesday with an appropriate arrival time. You then asked for a credit card to hold that appointment. Yesterday afternoon I still had heard nothing so I called you back at a little before 2:00p. This time you told me you had me on your schedule for April 1. After saying again that I couldn’t do that because of work, you put me on hold again and came back to tell me the truck was still in the area and would be able to come by to do the job yesterday. A few minutes after I hung up with you I received a call from a man asking to verify the street number of my address. So I thought all was well. Three guesses as to what is still piled up on the floor in my second bedroom. I believe you’d be right in thinking that I’m at a bit of a loss in understanding what has happened. (Friday) Last night I got home from work and found a message on my machine from one of your people (the driver?) letting me know that they will be here Monday afternoon for the shredding . Again, as mentioned twice below, this is not an acceptable time frame for me as I will be working. Please do not waste the driver’s time with this pickup time, as my cats are not allowed to open the door when I am out. Wound up having to take the 9 boxes to a drop off facility myself on Tuesday.

No surprises. They showed up as scheduled and were polite and efficient.

staff made it easy and efficient throughout the whole process. the job was completed when it was scheduled to be completed.
