Looks to me like I am another victim of www prosewingmachine com. I ordered August 8, 2020 and now it is just shy of 30-days.. I ordered and paid with PayPal and have just filed a claim, hopefully PayPal will assist with a solution. I have sent countless messages on the ProSewingMachine website requesting a shipping update and/or a tracking number... There has never been a reply in 26 days now..

I have come to the conclusion that I got screwed. Do not use. Do not wire money. Phone number is fake. They don’t take American Express for a reason.

I ordered a sewing machine in July and received a delivery date of 8/11. No tracking number was given with the order so I requested and received one. Then one day after my unit didn't arrive, the tracking number stopped working. In addition, I stopped receiving any responses from the customer service rep who was previously fairly responsive. Messages through the website went unanswered. In addition, the main phone line number appears to go to another company.

I’m still hoping that I didn’t get scammed. I wrote a message asking about my order and they claim it’s on it’s way. It’s been a month and still no machine but it is a pandemic and they’re shipping from Singapore so I have my hopes still. Will update review if/when I get my machine. No way to track order as previous reviewer stated.

It's a scam. I should have known - you send a wire transfer to someone in Singapore. It said I would receive my sewing machine in 7 business days. It's a month later and no sewing machine, and no way to track my order other than to get a shipped or not shipped status.
