Hi Kayla, We were disappointed to read your negative review. While we value your feedback, we must clarify that your comments are unfounded and inaccurate. We understand that resume writing is a two-way process, and we take great care to work closely with our clients to ensure that their resumes meet their specific needs and requirements. Our first draft is based on extensive research of our client's previous designations, and we always seek feedback from our clients to make the necessary revisions and corrections. As for your statement that a five-year-old child can write a professional ATS optimized resume and cover letter, we find this to be an absurd and baseless claim. It is clear that you do not understand the complexity and importance of a well-written resume and cover letter. Finally, we would like to advise you to check the grammar and structure of the provided resume with any AI-based software to check the quality of grammar. In conclusion, we stand by the quality and professionalism of our services and reject your baseless claims as a public platform, we will be more than happy to show our work to people, excluding your personal information, to prove that we delivered quality work. Best Regards, Support Team Pro Resume Hub
