Service so bad it compelled my first Trust Pilot Review
This is my first review on Trustpilot, as I felt a compelling need to save others from a similar experience to my own. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I used this service based on reviews from Reddit forums. It seemed like a lower cost alternative. However, the product I received was completely unusable for my level of experience and field. I immediately demanded a refund, but have been in an extended back and forth with the company (they are now up to 60% which I have rejected). Based on what I received back, I did further investigation into the company. The main company appears to be based in Lithuania, as they operate the identically branded proresumehelp.net using that business. They're registered under different business names and registrars which is suspicious. The website identifies a "professional team" of HR experts and other career professionals by name and photo on their website, but these individuals have no other discernible presence online (ask yourself why anyone claiming to be a career coach wouldn't at the least have a LinkedIn profile). Further, there appears to be evidence of this business engaging in a massive positive review astroturfing campaign across Reddit and other platforms. For every positive review I came across on Reddit, the only other activity that profile engaged in was positive reviews of essay writing services and homework content creator schemes, which appear to be connected to this service based on the shared customer support phone number. I've reported this business everywhere I can.
