Okay first draft, but not worth the price
If you are considering their LinkedIn Profile service, don't waste your time or money. I went in with realistic, modest expectations: I just wanted a decent revision of my resume and a good starting point for my LinkedIn profile. Instead, all they did was take the timestamps I provided and arrange them chronologically without adding any actual detail. They copy-pasted my existing skills and generated generic "accomplishments" that no real professional would ever use on LinkedIn. When I requested revisions, nothing truly improved. Each revision was just minor rewording—making it feel like a game where you have to keep begging for revisions just to get a slightly "better" sentence structure. I gave up after multiple iterations because it hit the limitations of what they could offer and it was a waste of my time to continue to ask for revisions. They offered a 20% refund, but I'm so exhausted by the experience that I didn't even want to deal with their customer service team anymore. I'm usually someone who is happy to mediate and meet in the middle, but this was so bad it wasn't worth the hassle. Save your money and stay away.
