The application and measurement instructions are very detailed and minimize the risk of making a mistake in the order. Fulfilment was very fast. The item was made and packed with great care. The panel worked very well, but you should expect a visible distance between the wall and the panel, caused by the lip of the anchor. I wish the shipping prices were more clear - ordering from a phone, I was surprised with the shipping amount billed.

Martin was very helpful in helping me determine what size panels I needed.

Overall everything was good but the second panel did not fit the wall.

Hello Katherine Cartell. Thank you for your Services review. Sorry that the panel you ordered didn't fit the opening. I have checked our records and see that you have not contacted us about this issue. We actually only see that you have placed one order with us for one panel. Was the panel not the 10" x 18" size as you had specified? The best thing to resolve this issue is to please contact us direct. We are happy to assist anyway we can and if this was an issue of us providing to you the wrong size we will certainly make it right to you at no additional charge to you. Thank you.

They really take great pride in producing a quality installation.

Good quality product. There were not enough screws with the panel and the customer service was very prompt and accommodating at sending us more. The only thing was I thought the shipping was a little high. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Ordered the product on line. Was kept apprised of the status of its manufacture and delivery. Product delivered on time in the condition ordered.

Unfortunately the 30" x 30" attic access door was dropped during shipping resulting in a bent corner and a misaligned frame. Martin with Pro Products was a pleasure to talk to and he is working on a solution. I am confident everything will be resolved perfectly. Thank you
