Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Much appreciated and very happy that you liked the custom cover-up flat panel. Also thank you for pointing out the other issue you had. We will work ongoing making this more clearer in the future. Thank you.

Dale, thank you. Really appreciate it. Please do me a favor and send me some pictures of both installations, as well as final look. Thank you! Best wishes!

Dear Mr. Paglione, I completely understand how upsetting it must have been when your shipment appeared to be lost, and I appreciate that you reached out to us right away. As you know, this delay was a UPS issue, and as soon as we were made aware, we immediately opened a tracer with UPS to locate your package. Thankfully, it was ultimately found and delivered. I was a bit surprised to see a 1-star review for a situation that was entirely outside of our control, especially since we took immediate action to resolve it as soon as you contacted us. If you feel that our response and resolution reflected good service, we would be sincerely grateful if you could revisit your Trustpilot review and update the rating to reflect your overall experience with our company rather than just the carrier’s delay. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
