Response from propmoney.comOct 22, 2026
Hi Rene, we’re sorry you’re disappointed. Our prop money is designed to look realistic on camera for photos and video. If you purchased it for a different purpose, that may explain why it didn’t meet your expectations. Please let us know what you were unhappy with so we can better understand your concerns.

The money was an authentic looking like I thought it was going to be it's not even close to real money
Response from propmoney.comOct 4, 2026
We’re sorry the product wasn’t what you expected, but we’re a little confused by this review. The bills you received are the same bills shown clearly in the photos on our website, and they’re designed to look extremely close to real currency while still having the legally required differences that identify them as prop money. We never want a customer to feel misled, which is why we show exactly what you’ll receive before purchasing.

package delayed
Response from propmoney.comAug 10, 2026
Hi Adarian, we’re sorry USPS delayed your package. Your order was fulfilled by our team and shipped with tracking, but unfortunately the carrier experienced a delay while it was in transit. Tracking confirms that it was delivered on August 3. Although carrier delays are outside our direct control, we understand how frustrating they can be and are always happy to help with tracking concerns.
