Hi Rene, we’re sorry you’re disappointed. Our prop money is designed to look realistic on camera for photos and video. If you purchased it for a different purpose, that may explain why it didn’t meet your expectations. Please let us know what you were unhappy with so we can better understand your concerns.

terrible calidad
Response from propmoney.comOct 21, 2026

Great experience from start to finish! Professional service, excellent communication, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. My business, Derich Gallery, trusts Prop Money with an important part of our artwork, and they have never disappointed us. The team is fantastic, the customer service is outstanding, and the product quality is top-notch. These guys are the best at what they do. Highly recommended!

The money was an authentic looking like I thought it was going to be it's not even close to real money
Response from propmoney.comOct 4, 2026
We’re sorry the product wasn’t what you expected, but we’re a little confused by this review. The bills you received are the same bills shown clearly in the photos on our website, and they’re designed to look extremely close to real currency while still having the legally required differences that identify them as prop money. We never want a customer to feel misled, which is why we show exactly what you’ll receive before purchasing.

It’s looks so fake I thought it look real a li now I kan take picture nd stuff it’s terrible
Response from propmoney.comOct 3, 2026
Hi, we’re a little confused by this review. The product you received is exactly what we show in the photos on our website—there shouldn’t be any difference between what was advertised and what arrived. Our prop bills are designed to look nearly identical to real currency while still meeting the legal requirements for prop money, so we’re not quite sure what you mean by them looking “so fake.” If there’s something specific about the bills that wasn’t what you expected, please let us know—we’d genuinely like to understand.
