loyalty points redemption
I've used prop firm match for well over a year and thought the customer service was relatively good.. until recently I purchased a challenge account through there loyalty points and its been nearly a month and still not received the account.. ive been back and forth speak to customer service aswell as emailing and its just a ridiculous long time with nothing to offer in return for such poor customer service. I like prop firm match and found them to be very worthy with the things they offer but this has really been disappointing!
