Nearly $7,000 denied by a prop firm I only discovered through Prop Firm Match I had never heard of GOAT Funded Trader until I discovered it through Prop Firm Match. I relied heavily on Prop Firm Match’s ratings, comparisons and vetting process—more than I relied on Trustpilot. I purchased three GOAT accounts and planned to purchase more. When I requested my $6,000 payout from account 5027708, GOAT denied it, closed my account and accused me of coordinated trading with people I do not know. Including the remaining account profits, nearly $7,000 has been affected. I completely deny the allegation. I traded independently, never shared my credentials, never used a trade copier, never coordinated with another trader and never used a VPN. I submitted my trading history, correspondence and supporting evidence to Prop Firm Match. Prop Firm Match describes itself as “Industry-Educated, Integrity-Driven” and says it vets firms for “credibility, operational maturity, transparency, and trader protection.” Yet after receiving my evidence, I was extremely disappointed to be told that it would essentially communicate the complaint to GOAT. Communication alone is not meaningful protection when nearly $7,000 has been denied. I am also concerned about Prop Firm Match’s commercial relationship with GOAT. Prop Firm Match publicly confirms that it may receive affiliate compensation when users purchase challenges through its platform. I cannot prove that any secret agreement exists, but its unwillingness to intervene meaningfully makes me seriously question whether commercial relationships influence how strongly complaints against partner firms are pursued. The contrast in the ratings is alarming. FTMO has a 4.6 rating on Prop Firm Match and a 4.8 Trustpilot score, with only around 3% one-star reviews. GOAT remains rated 4.2 on Prop Firm Match, despite approximately 37% of its Trustpilot reviews being one-star. More seriously, Trustpilot currently states that GOAT’s rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines and that it has removed a number of fake reviews for the company. How can a firm with that level of negative feedback and a Trustpilot warning remain highly rated and actively promoted on a platform claiming to vet firms for transparency and trader protection? GOAT’s Prop Firm Match page now also contains several similar complaints involving payout denials and allegations of coordinated trading, IP connections or device matches. This pattern deserves an independent investigation—not simply passing messages between the trader and the prop firm. I understand that Prop Firm Match is not a regulator and does not guarantee every payout. Nevertheless, it promotes these firms, directs traders to purchase their accounts and earns revenue through affiliate relationships. Traders naturally trust firms that have passed its vetting process. At present, I feel deeply let down by Prop Firm Match. Nearly $7,000 has been denied by a prop firm I did not even know existed until I found it through their platform. I will update this review fairly if Prop Firm Match meaningfully investigates the evidence and helps achieve a transparent resolution. Until then, I cannot rely on its ratings or vetting process when choosing a prop firm. Prop firm: GOAT Funded Trader Account number: 5027708 Account type: $100,000 Instant Premium/Live account Denied payout: $6,000 Total affected: Nearly $7,000, including remaining account profits Reason given: Alleged coordinated/group copy trading 4 sept Update: Prop Firm Match has now stated that it will escalate my nearly $7,000 GOAT Funded Trader payout dispute to its Compliance Team. I appreciate this development and will update this review again once the investigation is completed. ⭐ 1-Star Update 22 days of “we will escalate” — but no action, no outcome For 22 days, Prop Firm Match has repeatedly told me that my complaint regarding my GOAT Funded Trader payout dispute would be “escalated.” Unfortunately, after 22 days, I have seen no meaningful action, no resolution and no clear outcome. I initially gave Prop Firm Match 3 stars because I wanted to give them a fair opportunity to investigate and help resolve the matter. I am now changing this to 1 star based on how my complaint has been handled. In my experience, repeatedly saying a case will be escalated without producing any meaningful progress does not provide the level of support I expected from a company positioning itself as a resource for prop traders. I will update this review again if the situation is resolved.

Hello Ibn, Thank you for sharing this update and for the level of detail you've provided throughout. We understand the frustration that comes with hearing "escalated" without a concrete outcome to show for it. This case remains active with the Compliance team. Disputes involving a payout denial and a firm's response can take time to work through properly, especially when supporting documentation and cooperation from both sides factor in, but that doesn't make the wait any easier, and it isn't something the team is treating lightly. On the vetting and ratings question, the platform's role is to research, compare and surface information so traders can make informed decisions, not to guarantee any individual outcome, and a rating reflects more than one dispute in isolation. That said, a case like this is exactly the kind of pattern the Compliance team looks at closely. Someone from the team will follow up directly with a status update on where things stand.

Prop Firm Match is a third-class paid promoter. Many traders end up losing money by relying on platforms like this. They take money from firms with poor payout records and then place them at the top of their rankings. It’s all about money, with no genuinely independent reviews on the platform. Don’t trust Prop Firm Match blindly when choosing a firm or buying a challenge.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I made the biggest mistake of my life when I trusted you and your fake reviews about some companies don’t give withdrawal to traders . Furthermore, I published a review on your platform with all evidences about a company that caused me significant losses because of you, and you haven't published my review yet. More than 10 days have passed. What does that mean?
Response from Propfirmmatch.comAug 19, 2026
Hello, Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand how stressful and discouraging this must feel, especially while waiting on an update about something this important. That frustration is completely valid. The compliance team looks into every issue reported with real diligence, making sure only verified reviews get published, and that process can take time depending on factors like current workload and how quickly both parties involved are able to cooperate. Please reach out to [email protected] with the review details so the team can check on its status and follow up with you directly.

I left a review of a prop firm found on their website using the discount code match. When you go to buy the challenge account, only part of the rules are shown to you, the rest are hidden through q&a menus or somewhere on the site, buying a “pay after pass” offer I saw that a new consistency rule typical of the instant funded account appeared, I left a review with “prop firm match” in connection with this incident and I am with them by email that they do not want to publish the review and they still insist on bringing evidence, I also sent a screenshot from the company website and those rules do not appear and they keep asking me for other evidence if I have something directly with the company. Be very careful because the reviews are not real, they only publish from those who give 5 stars and from the rest they are trying to put obstacles in order to make money from their referral code.

Prop firms pay to be listed? When using this platform to compare prop firms, I noticed significant discrepancies. In my view, the ranking criteria do not seem impartial at all. When you see clearly lower-tier firms positioned at the top of the list with unusually high ratings compared to the actual market, it raises strong doubts that visibility depends on commercial agreements or paid placements rather than objective merit. I advise users to evaluate the data with extreme skepticism.
Response from Propfirmmatch.comJul 13, 2026
Hi Davis, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the importance of transparency when traders are comparing prop firms. We would like to clarify that Prop Firm Match does not charge firms to be listed on our platform, and firms cannot pay to receive a higher ranking or rating. Our goal is to provide traders with an objective comparison resource based on available data, trader feedback, and our platform criteria. We do offer promotional opportunities separately, but these do not influence a firm's ranking or placement in our comparison results. We continuously review and improve our methodology to ensure the information we provide remains useful and fair for traders. We appreciate your concerns and welcome any specific examples you believe should be reviewed. Feedback from the trading community helps us continue improving Prop Firm Match. Thank you.

I have tested most of the prop firms recommended and highly rated on Prop Firm Match, but unfortunately, many of them are not fair and just look for excuses to fail you. Out of all of them, only FundedNext and Funded Pips proved to be the best and most professional companies. The rest are just looking for excuses. For example,(ForTraders) interrogates you during interviews, demanding explanations for your strategy. Even if they accept you, they will payout a few times and then falsely accuse you of copy trading without any evidence! Then there is Wall Street Funded (WSF), which is one of the worst companies. They completely destroy your psychology and force traders to work for the company's benefit rather than their own. As for (Goat Funded Trader) , I would rate them as average; they are neither amazing nor terrible. Most of the time they pay out, but sometimes they deduct from your profits. Prop Firm Match needs to filter their list because many of their 'trusted' firms are just traps for traders.
