Fake loyalty points system
Few weeks trying to redeem points on their website. Back and forth emails with the support but they claim they have not received my emails with my PayPal email address. They receive all my emails but not with my PayPal address. Reading the reviews on trustpilot pilot and on discord just confirm what I was guessing, they are not reliable. Fake loyalty points system, fake prop firms reviews, fake trustpilot reviews, etc, etc.

Hi, We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. We'd like to clarify that our loyalty points program is genuine, and thousands of traders have successfully redeemed rewards through it. We have no reason to prevent or delay legitimate redemptions, as our goal is to ensure eligible users receive the benefits they've earned. Regarding your case, we understand how frustrating the back-and-forth communication must have been. If we requested your PayPal email address multiple times, it was only because we were unable to locate it in the emails we received. This was never an attempt to delay your redemption, but rather to ensure we had the correct information to process your request. We also want to address your broader concerns. Prop Firm Match does not publish fake prop firm reviews or fake Trustpilot reviews. We encourage genuine feedback from our users—whether positive or negative—and we are committed to maintaining transparency across our platform. We would still like the opportunity to resolve your redemption. If you're willing, please reach out to us again with the email address associated with your Prop Firm Match account, and we'll personally review your case to help get this sorted as quickly as possible. We value all feedback and remain committed to improving our service for every trader.
