Stellar service and a great product
As an independent broker in a smaller office, I'm my own IT department. Property Minder's Real Estate website gives me the ability to compete, with a great look up front, IDX integration, a loaded but serviceable CRM on the back end, and a great mobile solution for my clients. I brought half the agents in my office, as well as our brokerage on board with Property Minder.

Can't Ask For More!!
I started using Property Minder 5 years ago and was quite happy primarily that I was able to set up my clients to receive new listings on an automatic email system and be able to send them holiday greetings. Recently, my team and I decided to maintain just one website for the team instead of having our own individual website. I called Property Minder and got hold of Tawd Frensley. I explained to Tawd what the team wanted to do and Tawd was able to get OUR website up in no time!! It was in fact a better looking website with more features that helps our real estate business. It was very professional and best of all, very easy to navigate! My team was very impressed with the improved website. We are glad that Tawd is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with our needs. Our email questions and concerns were answered promptly and what needs to get done at Tawd's end just gets done the way we wanted. Very content and proud of our Mega Team Realtors website!

Great experience with Tawd Frensley and the entire Property Minder Team
We've had an account with Property Minder for over 2 years and have always been very pleased with the service they provide. Any time we've need assistance with the website Tawd as well as the entire staff have been very accommodating, never judging our lack of knowledge with the system. They've always offered and suggested wonderful ideas to improve the look and function of the website. We, as well as our our clients appreciate the user friendliness of the system. Highly recommend Property Minder to our circle of Realtors. Vicki Green Keller Williams Tri Valley Realty

I JUST LOVE PROPERTY MINDER...MY WEBSITE IS MAGNIFICENT!
I ordered my Property Minder website about 1 year ago. Everyone I know comments on how beautiful it is. Patrick Chambers at Property Minder has been most helpful to me. Today he created a way to show my very first listing on that website. I feel very comfortable with this company and they want the very best for you. I will definitely continue on with my beautiful Property Minder website.
