I ordered parts and paid for them
I ordered parts and paid for them, soon thereafter, I get text that the part is not available. Why do you sell stuff you don't have and can't get? Then, I have to go through your program with emails and text to get the refund.

Hi Paul, We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating it is to place an order and then learn that the part isn’t available—and we sincerely apologize for the added frustration of having to follow up to get things resolved. We take inventory accuracy seriously and have systems in place to reflect real-time availability. While rare, discrepancies can happen. In those cases, our standard process is to notify customers and issue a refund the same day the order is placed—as we did here—so no one is left waiting or uncertain. We’re actively working to minimize these exceptions even further and improve the experience for every customer. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us get better. If you have any further concerns or would consider giving us another try, we’d love the opportunity to serve you better. —The Propel Parts Customer Experience Team
