Very helpful. Every question or request I had was answered quickly. I didn't have a parts book for my excavator but that was no problem for them. If you need parts for your Cat, give them a shot.

Great products and a great team to deal with. We had a small issue with a missing part and the Customer Services Team dealt with it quickly and efficiently and in a way which left me, the customer, feeling entirely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Steven & Propel Parts were a huge help! We were able to place a large order and get it shipped out same day to avoid a line down situation for a customer due to a lost component. The order was even submitted after the 3pm cutoff for same day shipments and we got it the next morning!
