Thank you for sharing your review with us! Marketing can be hard--especially at first. If it was easy, everyone would be able to do it. You just have to effectively apply the things you've learned. Like we’ve said many times before (and we’ll say it again): This isn’t meant to be easy. If it was easy, everyone would be a freelance proofreader. But guess what? It IS possible! Graduates have come before you and are succeeding! Many of them are even swamped with work. It is up to YOU to take charge of your life and your business and get those clients! We give you all the education and tools you need to succeed; but none of that matters if you don’t use what you’ve learned and ACTIVELY market yourself. I know it can be easy to get discouraged, especially if it’s taking longer to find clients than you thought. But the important thing to remember is that you MUST KEEP GOING. Don’t get bummed out and stop actively marketing. Don’t let your skills get rusty, because when the clients come along (and they WILL come along), the last thing you want to be is unprepared and flailing around. That’s the quickest way to LOSE a client as soon as you snag ‘em! Keep going, keep chugging along, and you WILL see the results. Hi, Rosamund! Thank you for your review and suggestion! We do have an entire module in the course that covers all the various proofreading methods. The detailed videos and illustrations within the course give a great overview of how to proofread using each particular method.
