PromptReviews of prompt.com

My mom and I are very appreciative of Prompt for making their service available for QuestBridge applicant like myself who are from the lower income family. They matched me with an instructor who was very skillful, positive, patience and understanding digging out all facts about me that I would never have thought I could write about. Thank you very much DT and Cassandra

I really feel like the help I got from my coach was great. On top of being a really nice guy, he really just knew what I was looking for

The overall experience was good. I liked the feedback style of asking probing questions to make my content stronger. We had to switch advisors but the transition was fine. I came in with an essay already done and the process encouraged me to go in many directions.

I really enjoyed working with Prompt. I liked how my coach helped me bring out things that I haven't thought about before and connected ideas together. The feedback was really specific about how I should improve and the coach asked questions to deepen my thinking. I also appreciated the support beyond my coach with very quick replies that made the process easier.

Prompt experience has been a godsent for my daughter's college essay writing. During her initial conversations, the Coach extracted the best qualities of her. Throughout the process, the invaluable guidance she received, leaped her essays to such memorable ones. The Coach continues to be my daughter's inspiration. We are so thankful to our Account manager, always available to help with service in focus. Prompt is THE BEST, and affordable-the best value for College admissions! We are so thankful.

It was an amazing experience and really helped me a ton! Emily was really cool during the whole process. I loved her energy and it got me excited to write my essays which I didn't think was something I would be excited about. Overall, really thankful for what y'all are doing!

I am giving Prompt a 5 star review. I had done one essay review but been a bit disappointed. They contacted me and assigned me to Molly D for another review. She helped me and went above-and-beyond to give feedback that would make my essay stronger. I appreciate Patrick of Prompt for reaching out to me to make things better. He even stayed in touch as I submitted my essay again to check on how things were going. It speaks highly of this business and I am grateful for all that they have done!

I am a self-motivated student and I found working with Prompt extremely helpful. It helped me move my ideas and drafts along a lot faster than asking a teacher for help because I am eager to apply to college and want feedback fast. Prompt's system with a set turnaround time and one-on-one coaching made it happen, and my essay was done in just a few weeks. I really liked Mitch D. as my coach. He really helped me figure out how to get rid of wordiness and keep me focused on the important content. I consider myself a strong writer (I am the editor in chief at my school and I also write a blog) so I am used to being as wordy I want but that's different for college essays. The video coaching was super helpful because he got to know me a bit and encouraged me to highlight my wittiness and helped me leave my personality in my writing. His feedback has been really great. I have nothing but positive things to say. One last note is that my mom is a literature teacher and she knew we would be arguing about my college essays, so this was a great option overall because it allowed me as a student to have some autonomy from my parents during this process while also having guidance and putting my mom’s nerves at ease.
