In reference to the difference in color vibrancy between the artwork on your screen and the fabric print, we'd like to explain that variations can occur due to multiple factors, including disparities in monitor display color and the way colors are absorbed by fabric. Our use of UV inks in the printing process can also contribute to a slightly different appearance. Nevertheless, we continually strive to enhance our print quality to better match your expectations. Regarding the condition of the carry bag, please be assured that they are dispatched directly from our factory in new, unused condition. We would appreciate it if you could share a photograph of your flag to assess any potential color discrepancies. Additionally, if you could provide an image of the hole in the carry bag, we can determine if it was a manufacturing defect. Please feel free to send these images to [email protected] for our review. Hello, Upon the review of the final design that was approved, the three grommets were shown to be on the left hand side of the flag (as is standard with any flag). We apologize the grommets were not in the area you expected. Upon looking at the designer's emails we did not see a request for grommets on the top of the flag. If the request would have been received we would of been more than happy to comply. Thank you, Promotional Signs Team
