So i ordered the unflavored bcaa and l carnitine. The unflavored bcaa taste is disgusting, it’s so bitter and no matter how much I tried to mix it with other drinks the bitterness over powers the drink and then I have to throw it out. The l carnitine smells so fishy. I reached out to consumer service to get refund and honestly I just wanted a store credit because I do like their protein powder. However they are very reluctant to work with the customers, I’m my opinion they rather lost a customer then work with them and offer so sort of reimbursement because their product is simply undrinkable

Although the product may be satisfactory, it is imperative to exercise caution when providing your credit card information and entrusting them with its usage. Over the past two years, they have twice charged my credit card and dispatched an order that was pending my authorization. Regrettably, they have failed to rectify the situation promptly and have consistently denied any responsibility for the error. As a medical professional, I strongly advise seeking alternative providers. In the current landscape of online transactions, this company’s lack of accountability for its mistakes is unacceptable. Second Time Around. Lesson learned.

I have been a customer for over a year. The product is good but the service is terrible. Had repeated issues with delivery, was told to essentially "wait" and it will arrive- which it did most of the time but when you are on a 30 day subscription and it arrives late regularly... Once delivered to the wrong address - Promix took no responsibility. After the last late delivery, I asked to stop my subscription and requested a refund. Was told until the product arrives, they can't do a refund. It arrived then they said they don't refunds on subscriptions. With other good products out there, I would recommend going elsewhere as the execution is terrible.

I see so many negative reviews here, got me worried but I have been getting their debloat mix and I really like them. I ordered sample pack where I liked peach flavor. Hibiscus was good but little too tangy for me. I have been trying their liver supplements yet to feel the results. Peach flavor is good and I like it. Haven't tried the protein yet.

Poor customer service. The product they shipped was gag worthy. I mistakenly ordered lightly sweetened watermelon vs unsweetened. It tastes artificial. Promix refused to replace, refund, or exchange the product. About a dozen emails back and forth with them; first they would, then they wouldn’t, then they would be only if I bought a subscription. Greedy

Horrible customer experience. I tried to cancel a product and it didn’t go through. So I tried to return and they said because I subscribed I’m not eligible for return. This product tastes like cardboard and chalk. What a hoax!

Promix's protein is okay, but I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. They do text me promotions, discount codes, cart reminders, and even delivery notifications, but subscription renewal warnings are sent only by email. I missed the renewal email and submitted a cancellation request just a few hours after the order places. The cancellation portal told me my request was "being reviewed," and the order remained in "preparing to ship" status for nearly two days, yet customer service refused to cancel it or make any exception. What bothered me most was the attitude of support and the inconsistent communication. The person responding to the support tickets is purely rude.

I have ordered from Promix three times with zero issues. My last order was for a subscription purchase for “Chocolate Collagen Peptides - 5 LB Bag”. These peptides taste bitter and not like chocolate at all. I’m almost wondering if they’ve potentially gone bad? Anyways, I go onto the website to request a refund under their quote “90 day satisfaction guarantee” and find out because I bought it as a subscription. They don’t honor their “90 day satisfaction guarantee” because it technically counts as buying a product under a discounted price. When you click on a product on the Promix website it automatically is selected to a subscription, and under that subscription there states their “90 day satisfaction guarantee” claim. Yet they don’t offer that on subscriptions which honestly feels like false advertisement. So now I’m out over $100 on a product that I won’t even drink. Honestly, this feels like this is done on purpose to have a subscription auto selected when you click on a product and nowhere in the product listing does it state that subscription orders are not backed by a 90 day guarantee. I wish I would’ve seen these trustpilot reviews first, and I never would’ve even placed an order in the first place. This overall feels really shady and I can’t support a business like that, especially in an already tough economy.
