I purchased a 5 count bundle - 3 proteins and 2 creatines. I purchased the product because the website said: “Our Guarantee All our products come with our 90-day satisfaction guarantee* *. We stand behind our products with a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase.” Of course I purchased the bundle cause I got a better deal. Well, I received my product and I tried my first protein mix, which was the French vanilla. The product was so bad. It had no flavor whatsoever and I ended up taking two sips and dumping it. I didn’t wanna open up any more of the product because I wanted to return it. I reached out to their customer service and I was told that they will only refund via a store credit one item and I had to keep the rest I purchased almost $300 in product and now I have to sit on it toss it give it away whatever but they are not going to take back any of the product. They won’t give me any kind of refund or even a Store credit which I wouldn’t want that anyways since the product is no good so buyer beware if you’re gonna try it get one item because they’re not gonna give you back any of your money so they promise that they make on their website is false

I love the product and really wish they could change their checkout process. Upon checkout they have a huge button for check-out and a tiny (less obvious) button for "Checkout without Package Protection". Its a scam to add $0.98 to your order. $0.98 is not worth looking like a scammy company! THEN they offer a new customer discount of $15 BUT..... it is not for your current order, it is off of a future order or you have to figure out how to turn it into a prepaid visa card. Its just confusing enough where it entices people to buy but surely 90% of the customer forget about the $15. The product is clean and works great. The sales tactics are awful. Hoping they can make their sales process as clean and honest as their product.

I want to love Promix. The French vanilla grass-fed whey isolate itself is genuinely great - clean ingredients, tastes good, mixes well. But the bag will not close. The zip seal on my bag is defective and no amount of pressing, aligning, or re-seating fixes it. For a premium-priced product, the packaging failing this badly is inexcusable - whey powder + an open bag in a pantry means staleness and mess. At this price point, a working zipper is not a nice-to-have, it's the bare minimum. This is an ongoing issue. Fix the bags. 1 star until they do.

This is the complaint I submitted to BBB (which I recommend all of you do if you’ve rated them on here). TLDR - deceptive return policy and vague language purposely used to mislead consumers. Best option is to order one item at a time and DO NOT subscribe to save money because you won’t be allowed to return. I’ve noticed it’s gone massively downhill since the owner invested in Rhythm, which is also a terrible company that gives you incorrect results. BBB complaint: Deceptive return policy which using vague language. Discriminatory if you place an order without a subscription discount, verses a first time subscription. Return policy does not state a limit at the top for refund/exchange details. At the bottom of FAQ it does. unclear which orders these apply to or if it is all. Very shady and misleading and deceptive. And then when you go to their automated return portal, it shows that two items are eligible for a refund and one is eligible for a store credit. Then when you proceed, they say it's under review then they say it's denied and you can no longer return your products without going through the hassle of customer service. Then Customer Service says only one item PER ORDER is allowed for a return/exchange/store credit. Meanwhile the top portion of the FAQ does not state this, only the bottom. So you don't know if this applied to all orders, first time subscriptions, or the very generous and discriminatory 90 day return for full priced orders, which are allowed a return and not limited to store credit, but unclear if the full priced orders are also limited to just one item. Again, misleading, deceitful, deceptive verbiage so that Promix can keep a customer's money. This should be listed on every product page and not advertised as a "90 day Guarantee" with misleading language and an asterisk, instead of CLEARLY STATING the return on the front page, you have to click and read in full detail. This is very misleading and they know what they are doing by using this verbiage on the main page under "90 day guarantee" - "90 Day Guarantee We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Promix, contact us within 90 days for a full refund.*" That verbiage shows when you have the bubble selected next to subscribe and save, which is immediately incorrect since they don't give you 90 days nor will they give you a return for any subscriptions, even if it's your first one.

This company does not issue refunds, despite advertising a refund policy on its website. Very misleading and disappointing

Terrible customer service. Tried the cookies and cream protein puff bars and they’re probably the worst protein bar I have ever tasted. No flavour, dry, chalky. Customer service was not helpful and won’t stand by their products poor quality. Gave me a $15 off my next purchase code but I won’t be buying from them again. Side note: pretty sure their reviews are all fake.

If I could do negative stars I would. First order arrived in reasonable time and was correct. Second order was intercepted by their very sketchy carrier and returned. I got a replacement sent out. It arrived in a Promix box with tape. I opened the box and it contained fake boutonnières made in china. They won’t refund me.

I tried the Blood Flow product from Promix and I would not recommend that anyone orders this. It arrived in a glass jar and upon opening the jar, I realized the entire contents were hardened into an unusable block of material. Even the serving spoon was stuck in place because the product either expired/went bad or is just cheap/shoddy (most likely). I can't even use the mix because it's just one big chunk. Don't waste your time or money on Promix products.
