Dana answered all my questions about switching from a merchant to them. The approval turnaround was within 2 hours, and she was very clear about all the fees I may have in the future. I can't wait until my equipment arrives then I can give an update but for now I am extremely happy with ProMerchant.

Great experience! Dana Brand was most helpful. I did some research on google. I found ProMerchant was the best fit for our need. Had no idea what I was getting into. Dana walked us through the process and explained in detail how the system works as this is all so brand new to me. Had a few follow up emails and calls and she was always so attentive and patient with me. Looking forward to doing business with ProMerchant.

After using ProMerchant for a month, we are beyond happy! The savings is amazing, and the system is so user friendly. We have had no issues, and do not expect any! My only issue has been a bad phone connection when I called. The follow up on the call was so accommodating and unexpected. We changed our system in the middle of a month, and we paid more for the other guys 7 days than we paid for the remaining 21 days of ProMerchant. If you are not using ProMerchant, I suggest you give them a call. They will save you money and make you look even better to your customer base.
