I was shopping around with different companies when I reached out to ProMerchant. The agent who assisted me,Josh Longway, was more than helpful. Not only did he address all my questions, but he offered to do a free rate comparison with other offers I had received from other companies. Given, I love that there is a month-to-month contract, no cancellation fee and the rates are great with ProMerchant, but Josh was one of the main reasons I decided to move forward with their services. My decision became effortless thanks to all of his help. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
