Alex Klimchenko did a great job on sales and helping to change my processor to your company. I bid 6 companies and he left me with the greatest feeling of comfort to trust him and your company. Your fees were competitive but not the lowest. I went with Pro Merchant bc of Alex. He was patient and did not try sales tactics on me. At the end of the day I left like I could trust him the most. I also like that my sales rep is also my rep on the account.

Alex did an excellent job, he was very through to help us understand every step in our purchase. We are so pleased with him.

I spoke with three companies in September 2019 (Leaders Merchant Services, Flagship, and Promerchant) and ended up signing up with Leaders because they were highly ranked (#1 at the time but hopefully that changes) and offered the best pricing. My gut at the time told me to go with Promerchant because they seemed FAR more knowledgeable and they told me that the pricing I was being quoted seemed too good to be true, well they were right. Leaders charged me all sorts of hidden fees and higher rates and it was a nightmare to cancel... I’ve been with Promerchant now since December 2019 and the pricing is EXACTLY what they said it would be and the customer service you get from these guys is incredible. If I could give Promerchant 100 stars I would! Awesome group!

There are many decisions in life that are important. One of them is the funding of your business and who you trust to help you achieve your goals. This is why I Highly recommend Kevin Murphy at ProMerchant Services. Kevin can only be described one way. Kevin Murphy is the Larry Bird of credit card processing. A consummate and absolute professional in his field. Kevin Will fight for you when things come up. CHOOSE PROMERCHANT SERVICES THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

I researched wide and far in order to find a merchant services provider. After connecting with ProMerchant, I had a lot of confidence in their knowledge and pricing. Overall, it has been a smooth onboarding and initial processing situation and I have been impressed with the team members I've interacted with.

Affordable and Excellent option for merchant processing! Deal with Josh Longway!

Alex Klimchenko is the man!! He came to my store the same day I call him!! set up credit card terminal and got it up running at the same day which I really needed. Super fast!! Excellent service!!

Kevin walked me through and even gave me his personal phone number and acted as though he knew me forever. The attention and trust was beyond anything that I expected. The credit card merchants prior were so underhanded. And the costs were so much more than originally stated. I'm so glad I now have this new system and look forward to using it. I have been in business over 40 years and it is nice to trust a company to be fair with their charges. Joyce Bell
