ProMerchantReviews of promerchant.com

Good morning, I was in a rush to get a CC processing system for my small handyman business since the previous one and I parted ways very unexpectedly. Reached out and got a hold of Joe who was amazing from the start. Asked what all I did to make sure I got what I needed, got the application in within minutes and kept me updated through the process. After approval I still had a few questions and he had no delays in making sure to get them all answered. I will definitely be sending some people your way. Thanks Joe.

Had a great experience with My New Account Director Morgan Hamilton. 1. He was courteous & very professional with an abundance of knowledge. 2.He was able to get me set up in about 2 hours. 3. I made my first 2 credit card charges and used their mobile app, and it was user friendly. The dashboard was also user friendly on my lap top. Thanks so much Morgan. You just earned a nice new account! You took the business from a competitor! Nick

Alex is the man!wholesale pricing saved me thousands!

I could not have done this without Colby. He is patient, knowledgeable and very kind. Thanks so much for your help. Can't wait to use it.

Spoke with Colby - he was great! He is a great listener and clearly explained the fee structure as well as the PCI compliance. I wish I would have found these guys years ago; I would be about $20K richer. Great job Colby!!!

I had an easy, pleasant experience with ProMerchant. The advisor, Allen, answered questions without giving me a runaround. The equipment arrived quickly. I was able to get set-up help 24/7 by calling support. It has worked seamlessly since we began.

Joseph Mendolia is a top notch rep and if you ever get the pleasure to have him you'll see why. This guy will go beyond to find an answer to your question if he doesnt know off the top of his head and super responsive when you reach out to him. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Pro merchant is lucky to have a high value asset on their team. If i could afford him i would try to steal him. Keep up the great work man, your killin it!

Joseph Mendolia is the best agent/rep I have ever worked with, he is super professional and very helpful! He made my experience very positive and guided me through every step of the setup process. Can’t explain how helpful he has been! I feel very comfortable working with pro-merchant because I know I can contact Joseph anytime I need help! Thanks again!
