Such a quick response to our request for information. Very thorough and knowledgeable of process. Dana has followed up each step of the way to make sure we had what we needed and to inform us on what would happen next. Dana was so professional, courteous and helpful. We had such great experience and would definitely recommend ProMerchant for credit card processing.

Dana was the key to my choosing to setup an account with ProMerchant. My request to not be harassed during the evaluation process was fully respected. Pricing is important, but services has a significant weight to making a business decision. My calls were answered promptly and I was never placed on hold, nor did I have to press several buttons to get to a live person who could actually answer my questions.

My experience with ProMerchant has been great so far I'm still getting setup though. The process wasn't complicated at all to get my account with them setup except that they do require that the back that you connect to your account with them have an actual branch location, but other than that the process was easy. CJ the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and talking me through anything that I needed assistance with.
