I would give a 5 star rating except for the fact that the delay in shipment of the initial order (Cu water bottle) ought to have been communicated much earlier. I had to initiate the enquiry about the delay. Other than that, Janice was very pleasant to work with.

Rose Quartz Bracelet I totally fell in love with this item, but was literally a couple dollars short. Then I remembered I had a 10%discount code which I entered and I think I just about had enough. Sweet. Then a couple days later I started to get e mails asking for my order number, date ordered and that I had ordered it from a different company. Now, I am getting on abit and hate using phones and was upset at the way I was being treated. I had paid for the item, and over the last few weeks have spent a fair amount with them. I am also very poorly, when I stand up my balance causes me to collapse, which happened and I caught my arm on cupboard door causing a bleed. Anyway, they moved Heaven and Earth to sort the problem out, which is typical of them. Quickly, the products are beautiful, amazing, well made, genuine and arrive within 2 weeks. If there is a problem, you won't be shoved away - the rules may be bent a little to ensure you are important and if something can be done - it will! My spiritual faith is being restored, and since manifesting the crystals a couple of miracles have happened. Please support Project Yourself. They deserve reward for their attitude love and genuine labour of love.

I recently received an order that had been tampered with, thus missing one of my items. Support was very helpful and prompt in checking with shipping to ensure they put both items in my package. Even tho the missing item wasn’t their fault, they still offered me a discount on a future purchase. I felt listened to and treated with respect the entire time.

Only bad thing was it took forever to get but I have to say it is beautiful and couldn’t wait to wear it after I cleaned it.

I had an issue with supply/short of products. I contacted them and I got a speed reply from Anika and she was super helpful. She made a full refund of the money which been made. Though it should be them who should contact me instead of me and telling me about the issue. Anika “ project yourself “ should be proud of you and your fast service.

I've ordered several pieces from this company and each time was Positive experience!! They sent tracking info, that I actually followed. Only one incident of missing something from an order, I emailed them, they responded promptly, and sent it right out to me, absolutely no problems! I wear my jewelry daily and I love it!! Sorry to the people with negative experience, Im not sure what could've happened! But like I said very positive experience for me and I absolutely love their products!
