Theae things happen at every business/store (which I understand completely) but the difference with company is the customer service! I felt like family and they fixed the issue right away for me! This item is so beautiful, it is my favourite piece so far. I love everything about it; length, size if the beads, the gemstone, the beautiful bright designed wire wrapped around the gemstone, it's so well out together. I loved the option for a prayer over them (I can't remember what the website called it). My only niggle, would be a better indicater of when it'll arrive. Thank you. I love this so much !
