Purchased the Om Lotus Mandala Pendant Necklace from them. It says in the description that it is made of leather but upon receiving it, it was obvious it was made of plastic. Not only that, but upon putting it on for the second time, it broke. I followed up with customer service multiple times as it was stated "Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers, and we regret that the item sent to you has slipped past our quality standards." I sent them a picture of the broken clasp and all I was told is "I will double check with our ordering team about the status of the quality of the item" Still haven't heard back from them 2 weeks later and have not received a replacement or refund.

Do not buy anything from this place . I bought a bracelet for like 9 dollars then I see where I am charged 44.95 and I never gave permission for any of this . I reported it as a fraudulent charge at my bank to get my money back . Still waiting to see if they are able to do that .

I'm devasted, just bought a bracelet with them from $9 and next month they took $44.90 from my account without autorisation. They sign myself into a Club without my permission and took the money. In exchange they sent an $2 pendant to my address. I live in UK and they took in dollars, what will make me pay lots of fee for the bank. If i was living in US i would go to the police station.

Do not buy anything from them. They will automatically put you in a club and will take $44.95 automatically from your account without a chance of return and without your concern. And will send you a very very very cheap thing from China that costs $2 on Amazon as a member of the Club. Very unfair attitude with people. Avoid it.

This company is fraud, they rip you of your money with poor quality crappy products that do not look anything like what they advertise. BUYERS BEWARE, YOU'RE WARNED!!!!!

So I bought 2 of their bracelets and apparently didn’t see the “ this starts a 14 day trial period” and super small font. Was charged the $44.95 and when I said I never saw the tiny font to agreeing to the subscription, I asked for a refund for the amount stating I never saw any subscription notice. I received a bull crap email of a picture of the small font enlarged with the trial period. Like seriously, if you can’t refund that first $44.95, then y’all clearly are using this to scam people just to get that first payment. Even though nobody can see that tiny font where you say you’ll scam us

Free Shipping Offer Not Honored! I attempted to order the free chakra bracelet as advertised on Project Yourself also doing business as Deep Origins operated by Amish Shah and his wife. Additionally, I received a code for free shipping from the site's spinning wheel. However, there is no place to insert the code when ordering. The code is shipping108. There was no stipulation that the winning code for free shipping would not apply to an order in progress. I requested assistance with the order and my request was denied. This is a bait and switch tactic to overcharge and upsell customers. Very disappointing!
