I placed an order and asked to cancel it before it was shipped and they refused. I asked if I refuse shipment will I get a refund, no. They are scam artists and you need to stay away. Will be filing a BBB complaint.

If there was a negative it'd be -$100 I ordered a bracelet. I got charged $300 This company is going down. I am a huge Twitter following and it'll be heard. I am sick extremely ill and this? Whatever it is, I'll send it back. False false false. Enjoy your company while it lasts.

Very poor shopping experience. They refused to give a refund even though the item did not arrive and I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. I am totally dissatisfied with their service. Even though they said it would ship much faster on their sales page, it's about 4 weeks and it's still not here.

Have only just noticed in the past 2 and a half months they have fraudulently taken $360 out of my debit card. Be very careful everyone they totally are scammers. All I have ordered was one bracelet! I have not ordered anything else so no reason for all this money in several occasions to be taken from my account.

This is a great product. Nice Product but very short term business plan. Less than one star rating... I'm hoping my experience will help a Sister out on our journey so here it goes and the reason for my review: You're going to see a sponsored ad on facebook or instagram from this company that looks too good to be true. (Once you fall for this one - look out! TONS of other opportunistic ads will show ALL of the time) You will order the beautiful bracelet - which is beautiful - but comes at a monthly "subscription" fee of $49.95. You miss that fine print. Until you get the credit card bill. That's when you will look up return policy only to realize you're screwed. There are only two reasons to return and well, unless they send you a pizza instead of a bracelet you're SCREWED!! - My reason was that the beautiful bracelet was too small. I'm a small wrist-ed woman - it looked like costume jewelry on me. No response via phone or email from projectyourself.com. I did however, receive a nice letter describing the bracelet and welcome to the "Club" LOL. That's when I really looked at the website's fine print. My fault for not reading at the beginning before ordering and I would not have $50 charges on my bill causing me to have to cancel my credit card - hoping to help a Sister out along our journey... Nice quality product - zero customer service.

They keep taking money out of your account every month, you don't realise it until or overdrawn.. Can't find where to get in touch with them personally... DON'T buy anything through them...I have lost heaps of money..

What kind of business practice is this? You deserve all the bad karma that is coming your way! You will pay for the $44.95 you stole from my account 1000 folds. Awful people and business!!!!!!!!!

Same Scam as everyone else, my daughter bought some Jewelry for her friends, next thing you know we have a $44.90 bill a month for something she never signed up for. Called their number, got a voice mail, emailed their support address, no response. Phoned the bank and they said that I am LIABLE for the payments!! They have blocked future payments, cancelled my daughters card and issued a new one and there is nothing else they can do about it!! I thought Visa had you covered for fraudulent activities, this is very underhand on a young girl who only gets pocket money and was excited to get gifts for her friends! Her confidence is damaged enough thanks to you guys! Shame on you people, very nefarious!
