Fraud company. Told me they shipped the item to me and never did. Just created a shipping label. This company is a joke. Enjoy the lawsuit and the karma

Because I have a serious health problems and was almost blind , has my grandson of 13 years the idea to buy 2 bracelets from this firm to surprise me and hoping for me getting better . He used without my knowledge and my permission my creditcard . The costs of the 2 bracelets were $ 20,95 . I just had a surgery of my eyes ,zo I controlled my bankaccount . I was surprise and angry to find out that 3 x payments of $ 149,95 each were made to this firm without my knowledge and permission .Thats a total amount of $ 449,85 in 3 months .My grandson is French and do not understand perfectly English , but kan make an order . I could not control my creditcard bankaccount earlier because I was blind .Because of the payment of $ 449,85 , I have not only bigger health problems , but also finance problems because I cannot pay my health insurance and make other payments . I send them an email to demand a refund of my money . They write back that I was a club member and this costs $ 149,95 a month . I never give any authorization to be a club member or to make any payment to this firm . My grandson of 13 order 2 bracelets and thats all , he never asks for a membership because he is not able to understand that .Kan we make, all united, a report to the police and breng them to justice because this is serious fraud !

I wish I have 0 star or even below!!! 11 days waiting for a shipment information 4 emails plus 5 phone calls and at the end I have to cancelled my order. Totally disappointed with my first and last order. Very bad experience.

On January 25, 2020, I ordered a Gold Ferocity Tiger Eye Signet Ring and paid 39.99 through my Paypal account. I have not received the ring or even a confirmation of the paid purchase of that ring. When can I expect to receive my ring? If it is not received I will EXPECT AN EXPLANATION AND A FULL REFUND OF $39.99!

The star is not deserved but it appears that I have to enter something. I ordered a rainbow obsidian bracelet for myself and a chakra bracelet for a gift a couple of months ago. When I was looking at the bracelet which appeared in a pop up ad on Facebook, I got a message offering a discount but I had to order within a short period of time. I went ahead and placed the order and noticed afterwards the promised discount was not applied. I was charged full price. The delivery was a bit slow but that was not the issue. My bracelet was cheaply made and the band snapped when my sleeve snagged it while changing clothes only two days later. Beads were everywhere. Very disappointing for the price. The chakra bracelet was pretty but apparently came with some sort of subscription that I found out about after looking at an unauthorized withdrawal of nearly 150.00 from my checking account. Upon calling I was as informed that I signed up for a subscription. I explained that this was not my intention and I felt like II was tricked. The lady who took my call assured me my subscription would be cancelled and my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. No offer was made to repair or replace the bracelet. No product was received as part of the pricy subscription. My money was never refunded. Now I have to go to my bank and have them work to get my money refunded. Sadly this shady company is marketing items for spiritually minded people. If they believed what they promoted, they would not be trying to rob people and would stand behind their products. I am glad the bracelet broke. The energy in the products these ones are creating is not the energy I want anywhere near myself or my household. Run from their offers!

I ordered a ring from 11/28/2019 and it’s now 1/16/2020 and I haven’t receive it I ask for tracking info and they send me to a site that literally don’t work or tracking info not found when I email they can tell me that it’s already shipped but yet still I can’t get the item or my money back Y’all playing with the wrong person

Purchase an XMAS present for someone. They person didn't want the St. Michael's medal. I wanted to return it and was told I had to return it within 5 days of me receiving the item. How can I return a the item if it's not even given to someone until XMAS? Will never purchase anything else from this company because of their return policy.
