So due to the quality of the merchandise. They are not good too do business with. The meditations are good. They don't want you doing returns so anything returned is done through China which is really expensive. The return address is weird. I bought 4 bracelets 2 weeks ago and 1 has broke already and one is breaking. They said they put reiki energy into them and they didn't. I can feel reiki since I am master reiki teacher. So please don't do business with them for jewelry.

Charged me $149 a couple weeks after my purchase with out my approval! I have to dispute the transactions and get a new card now. And the bracelets see pretty cheap. Like they are just glass and not real rock/stone. Pretty disappointed!

I did not realize I was ordering from China. I purchased some bracelets and received them; however, they smelled of mold. I emailed the company and was told I could return them, but I had to pay for shipping and provide them a tracking number in order to get a refund. That's when I realized they were located in China. The return shipping was almost as much as the bracelets so i contacted my credit card company. They did an investigation and ended up crediting my account. Now I won't purchase from any unknown online company until I Google reviews of their company.

**WARNING** - ***MARKETING SCAM***. I called their “Customer Service” and I asked about the reviews. They have so many reviews that look fake. People are wearing the jewelry but the names and dates aren’t shown. There’s no proof they are real people. She said please hold so she can talk to a “manager”.. I waited, and she came back and said that they were real reviews. (Why did she have to ask a manager if the reviews were real??) I then said well I would like to review.. and apparently I’m supposed to purchase something to review. And then it goes through a “process”, so I’m sure they only take the good/“fake” reviews. Then I asked, WHY is it that I can go to Amazon and get these items for 1/9 the price of yours? She said she has to put me on hold and ask the manager.. When she got back on the line, she said that “It’s probably because ours are handmade so that makes a difference in price.” THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM TRYING TO TRICK PEOPLE INTO BUYING CHEAP THINGS FOR WAYYY TOO MUCH MONEY BY USING FAKE REVIEWS, BORROWED/STOLEN PHOTOS, AND A GLORIFIED BEAUTIFUL SCAM WEBSITE - TO TRICK CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING CHEAP PLASTIC GARBAGE FOR TOP DOLLAR. They use a beautiful and sophisticated website to trick people into paying 4X - 9X MORE than what the items are actually worth. I always check other sites before purchasing from Ads on Facebook, Instagram, etc. And this company is exactly the reason why. Everything you see on this website can be purchased from Amazon at 1/4 of the price (and up to 1/10 the price!). They use the same photos from other websites, it's the exact same products... but they charge 4X the price. They are using a beautiful website to upcharge - it's Scam Marketing. Example: Balancing Hematite Agate Protection Bracelets is $44.99 on their site. This exact same bracelet is $12.99 on Amazon. Their Sacred Sri Yantra Necklace/Pendant is $49.99 on their site, and is $5.99 on Amazon. (That's almost 9X the price). And the list goes on and on.... I TRULY HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN. It's a SCAM. I am truly sorry for anyone who got tricked into this.

I tried to buy an Item from this company and while going through the checkout screen they bombarded me with 6 pages of pushed jewelry trying to get me to buy more items after I got the item I wanted and before I could confirm the purchase. I had to say no every single time. It was a massive spam and a desperate move to annoy customers to continue to buy items after I declined. After the 6th offer I was annoyed and canceled the purchase. I never confirmed the item or finished my transaction but still they charged me. After I spoke to the customer service through email and on the phone, they told me I would get my money back in 7 to 10 business days. It has been 3 weeks. Nothing. This is a crappy company. I will gladly spread how they do business to other forums and outlets to let others know to be careful. Its ridiculous.

YES FRAUD & SCAMMER company! I purchased last January & rcvd. Only Now, been charged multiple times, January, February & March, WHY??? Why you need to fool people, if you need donation you should have just said it & heartily would give you some, when I received the baracelets, I was very Happy because, it took long time & my friends were asking about it so finally it arrived, I became happier when I saw about your charity works/donation so I said, Ok that’s Nice that I could help in a little way, thinking to order more but your intention is not pure, it’s a disgrace still using charity! I ordered 4 to give it away for my friends, coz a frnd of mine gave me 1 but never thought it will cost me that much, because of you my pure intention of act of giving or Happiness is changed to Anger, but I believe in KARMA & especially to our good Lord, I seldom curse or waste my time on this, but took time to write to help other people not to be fooled by your company! or just leave it all to God but I’m such a righteous woman proven from my past experiences, God terribly punishes those people who do wrong to me, the worst part not only to me but to many people you’ve done, so Please STOP IT!!! I don’t know about your conscience, How you can eat or How you can sleep at night? Psalms 11:6-7 ‘He sends down flaming coals & burning sulphur on the wicked;He punishes them with scorching winds. The Lord is righteous & loves good deeds; those who do them will live in his presence! I hope you give back my money, I’m a single hard-working mom, but you know money come & go but dignity & integrity, never!!! I have good connections & I won’t tolerate this, I’m taking an action & most especially my powerful God, again I won’t let you fool other people!!!

Disappointed is the word I was billed twice for one bracelet and they cannot do anything about it The bracelet is gorgeous but the reputation of this company is something to be worry about

I wish to write that I did still not her from them. Calling does not assist as you get the same recorded message no matter what time you call. I did contact my bank and had to go through changes to ensure this not happen again to me. Interesting though - after bank involved I received a refund and say thank you with appreciation but still want nothing further to do with this company. Ethics just not seem right. For those enjoying it - May it continue so and uplift your life. Xx
