Order the money tree couple of months ago. Something happen during shipping & it got lost. Contact support & they were able to help me and send me another money tree. It arrived on time. The quality of the product was superior, doesn't look cheap, the jade pieces look beautiful. Very happy. This money tree right now sitting on my desk at work. Everytime I look at the tree, it brought happiness and joy to me.

I had not heard of your company but I decided to take a chance and so glad I did. I ordered a beautiful necklace and bracelet, which I have been wearing since I received them. The products came separately and one took longer than expected. That said, I gave 5Stars because delivery problems was not Deep Origins fault. A BIG thank you to Anika who kept me informed every step of the way. Take care and thanks again Joanie Parks
