Beautiful Ayurvedic Copper Water Purifier, great quality and workmanship. Though it took nearly 13 weeks to arrive to Sri Lanka during the pandemic, it arrived well packaged, bubble wrapped inside a box and in perfect condition. Very attentive to all my questions as well. Following a promotion on Facebook by this company, I decided to give them ago as their product was attractive. Like all promotions there is the option for add ons which I opted to go for since I had heard good research data. Well, I got a third of the order and then an email asking if I would write a review to which I responded that I had yet to receive my full order at which point I was informed that the specialty items had run out and more were on order. After several months and emails later of me wondering if I had been scammed, today, the rest of the order turned up and I can tsay that for me personally, this company definitely delivered on its core values of integrity & trust.

Love your items! Excellent customer service! I am so happy with you, guys!

Their customer support is top-notch. When an order arrived that was missing a part, I called and they were already aware of the issue, resolved it instantly, and sent me the tracking number for the missing part. They are always a pleasure to speak / email with, and the products are well-made and always beautiful.
