Very very very bad customer service, my package got lost because of a mistake from them and it's nowhere to be found in the post office and they couldnt even find the tracking number, yet they still email me that it's on the local post office and that I should figure it out with them, they won't give a refund or atleast attempt to ship out a new order. Not recommended as you will just waste your money and end up back and forth with them on email for as long as they have to just to avoid giving you a refund or new shipment.

Total scam
Total scam. Got charged $149.95 for a membership I never agreed to. I got in touch with them and they told me that I won't get any refund because they haven't received a notice of cancellation within the 14 day free trial.
After insisting on the fact that I haven't been notified about this membership + I haven't used any of its benefits, I got a refund.

Believe the bad reviews your reading because they are true! I bought 3 items from one of their email promotions. No where in their promotion page do they talk about a subscription they rope you into with their offer if a "free gift" that is nothing more than some PDF files they send you in an email. More like a "free grift"! My items I ordered, which were 2 necklaces and a bracelet that I ordered at the end of October (I remember very well as my grandfather had died the day before I ordered the items!) I received all the appropriate emails of confirmation and receipt and even shipping... Then the problems start! I received my tracking number and start tracking my package! It's coming from LA so shouldn't take more than 5 days even during Xmas time! My dad was a truck driver when I was a little d and did the LA to Seattle mail run! I know how long this takes. I've shipped packages back and forth across the country from Oregon to Illinois... I know how long this takes! I've bought items from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and a plethora of online retailers and unless they were coming from outside of the country they generally don't take that long to get to Washington state! But my package made it to the post office in LA and then went no where! After a little over a week of it supposedly being shipped and not showing up (and yes I signed up for shipping updates from USPS, text, and email alerts) I check my packages status... It's STILL IN LA! Wait WTH?!? So I email them and get an excuse about covid-19 being the reason my package isn't here yet. Ok... I suppose. I'll give them a little more time. Two weeks... Package still supposedly sitting in the post office in LA! I was sceptical about the excuse in the first place but I wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt! But now... Now I call bulls!t... Why you might ask? Well I email them back about my package being stuck and ordering thing on line. I've ordered and received stuff from other online entities including that area and they arrived within 3-5 days! And included very legitimate threats! I get and email back saying they'd look into and low and behold not more than a couple hours later my package miraculously leaves where it's been stuck for two weeks. Yay it's on its way! But extremely fishy! My package finally arrives and I open it and one on my items isn't in there! WTH again? Also... And I don't care if you believe this part or not but I am an empathy and when I pulled these items out of the package their energy was F*cked up! I ignores that as I thought it might be my own bias from my experience with these ppl. The other was a gift for my roommate and good friend who is also an empath and a priest! When I give it to her (keep in mind she know nothing of my struggles getting these items) she immediately asks me if I've done anything to it. I said no that I had just received it. She tell me how it feels weird and she doesn't like the the energy coming off of it! I said yeah I felt that too! Let me tell you about how I got these!
So I email them after this about the missing item and get no reply. So I wait and email them from a different account when I don't get a reply. Guess which email got replied to first? You guessed it... The second one. Pretty sure they were gonna ignore the one from the account they had on file. I do know they figured it out as a couple hours later I got a reply with what is most likely a false promise of a bracelet I will never see. A couple of days later I get an email warning about the subscription I didn't know about that I have seen mentioned in these scathing and scandalous reviews! It's real! They don't mention a subscription which is how they GRIFT you after they GIFT you! Luckily for me I was supposey able to unsubscribe in time! But believe me if I receive a charge... I will take ALL APPROPRIATE ACTION WITHIN MY POWER! Their products are cheap, They are grifters, and You WILL end up with a surprise bill you never ever wanted! The subscription part is hinden on their website and hard to find but they don't include this TOS Agreement in any communications! Be aware and buyer beware! This company is run by a con artist grifter! Don't get taken for a fool! Don't buy their cheap garbage! You want organite, you can get all these items and more from Amazon and cheaper! Heed the warnings! DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!

AVOID
I made 1 order for some necklaces for myself and some friends that I would like to gift them to. As of yet i have not received my order.
However my bank has contacted me today saying that this company is attempting to take a further £114.75 out of my account today! The bank has informed me that I have apparently 'signed' up to some sort of membership, which I did not agree to, had any knowledge off nor can find any record of said membership anywhere on my emails or receipt!
I have contacted them today using their online form but I would advise that you steer clear from this company for the scam!
Thank god my bank are on top of their game and declined the payment from my card!
Project Yourself when you read this I want you to take me of your database! I did not consent or have any knowledge of this so called membership and as I have previously said there is no record of it anywhere! I even made a account on your website and there is still no record of it! I will not be using you again so take me off your database immediately and cancel anything that you have illegally signed me up for without my knowledge!!

SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Working with my attorney right now! I ordered 2 inexpensive bracelets...less than $20. While going through bank statements for taxes I discovered 6 months of $149.95 taken out of my account! I left many messages and filled out contact form and never got response. Went to my bank and filed fraud dispute. Bank returned my money....once bank got involved I finally got a response from these crooks that they were returning 3 months of my "membership" (I never signed up for a membership nor would I)
My bank then sent me 2 separate cases...one for the first 3 months and another for the last 3 months. After the crooks said they were returning 3 months my bank said that dispute was settled. Now months later my bank takes the 3 payments back out of my account saying their investigation is complete and the crooks scam was valid!
Now my attorneys are filing suit to put these crooks out of business in the USA. They picked the wrong person thinking I'm a victim. Now I will stop at nothing till Facebook, and every other place they put ads to trick and steal from people are shut down.
Anyone who was scammed by them sign up for Legalshield...Top Lawfirm Attorneys will go after them till they are shut down.
They would have been smarter to just return my money. Crooks are dumb!

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I never received my bracelet even though the tracking info said it had been delivered - I was home that day - nothing was came. When I inquired about it they wanted me to check with other people in my house to make sure no one else got it - unless my dogs or cat went to the mailbox I can assure you no one else picked it up! Everytime I complained they sent me the message saying it shows it was delivered. They finally agreed to send a "one time replace" for free.....nothing, still have nothing and not even an offer for a refund. This company is just full of BS.

I'm another sucker.
Note: I intentionally use ohm for the ohm club because I think it's blasphemous to use the holy word to trick people, and I won't use it in anything associated with this company.
I first ordered chakra bracelets(2) which I got for around $12us each. I paid extra for reiki infusion, which I just found out in another review by a reiki master, is not done by this company. So they got me on that. I have cleared and reinfused all jewlery myself so it's now safe to wear.
Before I knew about all of that, I liked the bracelet(I am saving the other for a friend)and I still have it on. The beads look real to me but I am no expert.
I went ahead and got another bracelet which seems like what was described, and got the "ohm club shuffle" prior to checkout. That's where you get innundated with other offers. One of the offers was for a sunstone bracelet. Just pay shipping and a free trial of the "ohm club" "a $149.95 value".
First of all, I just read several reviews from last year(2019), and the price for the "ohm club" then was $49.95. Now, they just added a 1 in front so it's now $149.95. Oh, they forgot to mention that's per month! I figured it was for a one time fee, or per year at least. It works out to $1,799.40/year!
So, I, still guileless, went looking for my order reciept which never came. The "welcome to the ohm club" email arrived and somehow I figured out that they aimed to charge me monthly! I was able to cancel before being charged but they swapped the "$79 retail value" bracelet that I ordered for the $11 retail bracelet that they also have in stock. I figured it out by measuring the beads and reading their description of the products. I contacted them because they sent something I did not order, and I want what I paid for. They said the switch to a lesser product was intentional, and after reading the others on here, I believe it! So much for "ohmclub". I have requested a call from a supervisor, if they call, I will leave an update.
I was considering ordering some other items, more expensive, but no way! You don't know what you will get, if you will get it or when, and they stand behind nothing! I definately will NOT listen to any "meditations" made by these folks; they can mess with my bank but not my mind!
So, I got suckered! I didn't read any reviews prior to ordering, only after I got ripped off.
I noticed they have left an automated reply to several reviewers on here saying to call to get satisfaction. That is only to placate anyone reading the reviews into thinking they actually care. Every writer of a bad review has already tried working with them first.
I will still try to get what I ordered, but no high hopes. Some people hide behind the spiritual lables they put in front of them for nefarious purposes. This happens in all religions and spiritual practices. It's up to me to practice healthy skepticism until the true intent is revealed.
I'm going to distance myself from this company and form an intent to read INDEPENDENT reviews prior to purchases in the future.
Addendum: after some additional back and forth after I posted this review they did refund my money for the bracelet. Thank you.
