Beautiful Products and Excellent Customer Service! Thank you so much!

I first ordered this Ayurvedic Copper water purifier in May 2021 but it took more than 2 months before I wrote to enquire about the delay. The next day I got a reply explaining the reasons for the delay and also a complimentary voucher as gesture of goodwill for my inconvenience and continuing support. When the purifier arrived in early August, it was dented on one side unfortunately as the packaging seemed insecure. I wrote to them about the mishap and requested for a replacement and also suggested they improve their packaging by using bubble wrap all around. Like my earlier response, the next day Ms Yelli emphatically replied and promised she will do her utmost to check with her team for a a free replacement. I was indeed very pleased that she wrote again shortly to say that a replacement is on its way. I am indeed very happy that Yelli went out of her way to make sure that my issue was attended with positive outcome. Thank you again to the Project Team. David Leong

Have been buying products from the site for some time now and quite happy with each item received. Recently made a purchase for two items, a Sacred Love Forest Orgone Pyramid along with a Sacred Love Forest Orgone Necklace. While the necklace was quickly and successfully delivered the Orgone Pyramid got delivered to a wrong country address. Once in contact with Project Yourself team they happily assisted in identifying the package and arranged for resending it to the correct address, free of charge. Readily available with timely responses, supportive and pleasant customer service team. Quite happy with all products ordered so far and looking forward to receiving the Orgone Pyramid. Cat
