Project YourselfReviews of projectyourself.com

Placed order around February 20 and now its March 12 and still nothing but took money from my account real quick. Called and spoke with a live person and was promised a response via email by the next day that was last Sunday and still nothing. And yes I checked my spam folder just in case. Very disappointed with this company.

Fake crystals, gemstones and orgonite. So disappointed they advertise like they sell authentic products. So very disappointed!

This will be my fourth request for a refund for order #397779. Nowhere in your sales materials does it warn that items are coming from overseas and will take at least 5 weeks to ship. Your company is based in Encinitas, CA which is why I chose to patronize it. I've had past negative experiences with cheap crap from China. The product is not handmade and is not real obsidian. It is massed produced from colored glass or plastic. This is my last email to you. I placed the order on February 9 and as of February 16th it has been sitting in Texas. Today is the 25. Your company had other negative reviews regarding your shipping, refund and quality practices but they removed them from Trust Pilot. However, the Better Business Bureau and YouTube can't be tampered with and that is where the truth resides regarding your shady company. I will never buy anything that comes in my Facebook feed again

According to the advertisement, you get free bracelets with payment for only shipping and handling. I thought it was reasonable and purchased 2 and agreed to pay $27. After a week and over 30 useless emails from this company, I get notified by my bank that they withdrew $149.95 without my authorization. Well little do they know, I am a federal employee and not only am I getting my money back but I will be putting in a complaint to the BBB. I encourage anyone who encountered this experience to file a formal fraud complaint with BBB in their district. Enough concerns will have the FBI investigate whether or not this company operates legitimately. They withdraw the $ with hopes that the customer doesn’t realize the money is gone and they easily make $150. Don’t be a victim. I will also shed light of this on IG, in hopes of preventing more victims. Bert wishes

I bought a free bracelet from this website and only paid for shipping (~2months ago)... Just recently I noticed they charged me $149 from my account... I don't know how many more times they have done it in the past, but this is really shady and I did not purchase anything/authorize that payment... I have just recently reached back to them about the issue, and I'll definitely update you guys on what happens and if they would answer me... UPDATE: So after 2emails back an forth, today I found that they have given me a refund... (Originally they said they can't give me a refund because the order was past its 2weeks "trial phase" where you get a refund...) And just to be fair, I vaguely might remember that when I was making a purchase, a tick box was already checked for a subscription or something, but I probably didn't check it and just went over it and made the purchase... But I don't remember exactly what happened... Even if that was the case, it is still a sneaky move and I did not conciously sign up or check for any charges like that (as far as I can remember).... And seeing all these people having the same complaint, makes me be more confident in my conclusion... All in all, after ~10days, they gave my money back... :) If you are making a purchase from this company, I suggest reading and checking everything because I think I vaguely remember that a check box was already ticked when I made the purchase and I didn't realize it and what it was and passed through it and that is where the charge came from... :)

I have ordered some crystals, and suddenly they charge my card 149,95 USD without my permission!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Hello, What a bad experience envers !!!! I was checking my CC transactions and I've noticed that since my first and only order I made in September 2019 they have charged me with different amount but regulary about USD 150. Shame on you to steal your customers like that behind their back, without their authorization.. pfffff it s so lousy to get money like that.

I don’t even think one star is worthy. Shady company that hides shipping results and return policies. They actually do not allow returns at all which is crazy town.
