I don't understand how you can say something is free with shipping and handling only and then all of a sudden take out $149.95 for something I would have never in my life paid that much money for now my account is overdrawn and I have to get a new card or whatever I got to do what did I do wrong if I'd have known I had to pay that much for something I ordered that states free with shipping and handling only to me y'all are a rip off and I've reported you to my bank I can't seem to get an answer from you guys other than send in my email address and some kind of claim number I don't even have a claim number and I don't even have the item that I was supposed to receive so you need to help me figure this out please I do not spend that kind of money on stuff if you're going to advertise something for free shipping and handling only that's what it should have been not $149.95 help me figure it out thank you have a good day

I left a 5* Review regarding a refund awhile back but have since still not received the promised refund. Being told that there was an issue and they were looking into it as almost a month has passed with no resolution, but a general reply to make sure they are "touching base", so I can not dispute with our financial institution. Buyer beware if you are on subscription.

i been ripped off, unlawfully transactions from my bank account sent 3 emsils, no reply. $204.18 taken from my account, without consent. im disabled and thats my living money. now i can't eat for this week. not spiritual people or company, scam!! so disappointed:(

Project Yourself are incompetent and utterly unprofessional - they continue to fail in providing the two items I purchased and have not received. Their false promises of many supposed shipping dates that have come and gone. A combination of invalid, incorrect, alternate, unrecognisable and non-existent TRACKING numbers on the Tracking on-line system - all the tracking enquiries I have made has led to a dead end. Project Yourself are quick off the mark to respond to a negative review - yes, they did send send an email in response to my review and a further enail asking me to rate their service!! BUT until I can enter a correct and valid tracking number and am in receipt of the items I purchased or they show good faith and refund me, my low opinion and negative reviews will remain until they rectify and find a solution to making a very unhappy customer happy.

This mob are disingenuous. I purchased from them two advertised items for sale through Facebook. Nearly 3 months later, I have not seen my items. Allegedly, the items are “unfortunately out of stock.” Eventually after I emailed repeatedly, they offered me a pitiful $10 voucher to use on my next purchase (this is where I realised I was scammed). They PROJECT absolutely nothing good or authentic. Shame on you Project Yourself. Be warned people - they are not legitimate.

This is a terrible company!!!!! If you are going to make unsuspecting customers pay for something they are unaware, you need to be prosecuted!!!! Nowhere in my order did it state that I would be forced to pay for a subscription!!!! I want my fuc##ng money back or I will be contacting a lawyer and you will be sued!!! $149.95 was raped from my bank account without my authorization and that is called theft!! I also reported you to the Better Buisness Bureau!!! Scam Scam Scam!!! Buyers be Ware!!!

I’ve had the same bracelet shipped to me twice and I never received either of them!! 😡 What’s the point in contacting AGAIN you when you just told me that basically it isn’t your problem since it’s been shipped already. I ordered the first on APRIL 4th! Almost August and I still haven’t gotten even a replacement. When I asked for a refund you said you don’t refund once it ships. So I’m out of money and a bracelet! 🤬

My daughter made a small purchase and was not aware that she had been signed up for a subscription and the next month, $186+ was taken from her account. She called this company and explained that she did not know she had been signed up for a subscription (this should definitely be made clearer) and demanded have they cancelled it immediately however they have never refunded her money. She is a single mom raising two small girls and this is really upsetting to me her mother. If they will not listen to her I will be calling them shortly. BUYERS BEWARE!
