My name is Simone aka (Carmen), I am writing a review of my experience of when I purchased a Rose Quartz on May 2nd. I waited approx 3.5 weeks just to receive some type of dry cloths- Not even the correct product. I reached out first to my postal service to see if there was just a mix up, but given the tracking number they pointed me back to Project Yourself business. Immediately, I emailed the business and after several back and forth responses I was told my product (Rose Quartz bracelet) would be shipped out w/a new tracking number -May 24th. I have proof of emails & wrong product. Had to move forward in disputing charges due to my last email sent May 30th 2022 w/still no solution.

They charged me 150 every month since I got one of their “get this item for free, just pay shipping” adds. They then tried to tell me I subscribed to their om club when I made that purchase. They wanted to justify their charges that are clearly fraudulent. A subscription implies that something is received by you in exchange for money. There was nothing coming, but they were taking 150 a month. They gave the money back after a credit card dispute, but I am watching my account closely now, because I don’t trust this company. And the items are now tainted. I threw them in the garbage.

They have been trying to charge 149 dollars a month to my credit card for the last 6 months I had to dispute the charges every month till I finally had to get new card. Do NOT buy from them or give them any of your info! They are cons!!!! Yes! You heard me! Take up my time to get this taken care of so you can have my personal info? Yes you are a con!!!

BUYER BEWARE Some stuff was ok quality, but mostly cheap China crap. Also BUYER BEWARE, they have been charging my card monthly $150 american, so $200 for me. For some "membership" I did not sign up for. I did not receive anything for this membership I supposedly got scammed into. I want my money back, we shall see what they do. Make sure you look into what you are buying!!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! I made two separate orders on different dates! The first order was the universe of opportunity pyramid, it was suppose for be a Christmas gift and ordered it a month and a half before Christmas. I never received a tracking number but received a receipt from this company. I didn’t think much of it. Then bout two weeks later I ordered a heart of rejuvenated pyramid for a gift. Same thing happened. I never receivers a tracking number. So therefore I emailed this company and asked them to provide for both of my orders. Well after numerous of attempts I finally got ONE tracking number for the heart of rejuvenation pyramid. Not the VERY FIRST ONE. Well I got notification that it was being shipped and arriving and turns out that they had to send it back to the post office, because the address did not include my apartment number. Well when I went to check the order to see if that was mistake it indeed was not. I had included it in the shipping address. The post office says it had to do with the sender. So I was pissed Bevause I had to track down this damn item I ordered!!!! Then I was pleasant because it turned out to be beautiful!! BUT I still have no received anything for my very first item!! So I got annoyed again after back and forth emails explaining to them that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund due to not having the tracking number or any updates. Nothing at all. And all Jhaelle or whatever the chicks name is was basically denying my request until I mentioned that I contacted the business bureau and the next day later I had the tracking number. Well I told them that they refused my request of cancelling my order. And sent me a tracking number. So They told em they couldn’t cancel it because they had sent it out awhile ago back in November and that they just decided to never email me a tracking number?! Which is bull**** because I looked at the updates on this order and it was picked up from the sender in December the day I emailed saying I was contacting the Business-bureau. Anyways I finally accepted I was going to be getting this pyramid and would use it for a birthday gift instead of a Christmas gift. Well turns out I can’t do that either because the company ONCE AGAIN messed up and put in a different address. I live in Oregon. And it was delivered in Arizona!!!!!!! Do not order from here!! I promise you go to your local crystal and healing shop!

I have just had $215 removed from my bank account for absolutely nothing, I ordered products over a month ago, this arrived and was lovely however became very very expensive when this money has been stolen for no reason. Rent money the day before my birthday, extremely disappointed, I have contacted them with no response, and have reported this. I truly wish to give no star rating at all😱

I ordered two white jade malas from this company along with another bracelet and healing wand. The wand never showed up but the other three items did but they are made of a fake plastic material and look bad. Then I noticed a charge of $149.95 on my account, when my order total was $54.93! I have e-mailed the company several times with no response. I’ve called and left a couple of voicemails with no reply as well. I have been scammed! Buyer beware when dealing with this company.

After contacting Ednie Lee I was told $300.00 would be put back in my bank account to wait 20 minutes for email. This never happened. Still waiting... Money was taken from my account for six months I have only just realized this. I was told I would be reinbursed for two months at $145.95 per month.And would have to schedule an appt to speak to supervisor to discuss a refund for the prior months. $900.00 Dollars taken from for for items I was only responsible for shipping and handleing. BUYER BEWARE FOLKS ...
