I was so happy with how the CS rep, Ednie handled my call and my request for a refund. She easily understood my request, accessed my account info and order history, and acted quickly on my request. Another CS rep, Maybelle, confirmed the refund transactions on email. Great customer service!

I had ordered a bracelet that was posted to me some months ago, but never arrived. It has apparently been lost in the post. I contacted the firm, and though this is some months later, they have kindly replaced the bracelet. I am looking forward to its arrival.

Hi there.. I had been waiting for a package from project yourself... When I decided to check up on it because I had forgotten about it as I had ordered quite a few of them.... I noticed that my tracking notification had said it was delivered.. But in a location that wasn't where my address was.. So I emailed the support team at deep origins and got an immediate response, they checked details at their end and were very helpful..sending me any information that was relevant to my query.. In the mean time I checked my end and found out it was wrong.. And that it was about to arrive. So I kept in contact and notified the team of my findings.. I love these guys.. I cannot thank jahaelle enough for the quick professional and lovely support that was given. Truly a great business and I love their products.. They look after me very well..
