I had a great experience and received an awesome necklace! My necklace was reported as delivered, but was not at my house. I contacted the help line and Janice was wonderful. She provided information and support as we both searched for the necklace. This was the first time a package had not arrived as reported. Finally, 6 days after the USPS documented delivery date, the necklace was in my mailbox. It is all l hoped it would be and l will definitely purchase more products from these guys.

This is my second purchase from Project Yourself. The first was so positive and fulling that I wanted to continue making purchases. So I ordered the singing bowl. I received all the email notices of it's arrival and nothing came. I sent a reply to one of the emails and was greeted warmly and efficiently with unique information about my order. It was just a few days later when my package came. Once again, I am so pleased with my product and the kind service from the people of this company. After all, you can have have fine products; but without fine people to assist you, there is a missing piece. This company has fine people and products making a complete and whole body of love.
