Ed: I'm very sorry you feel our service was substandard. All my records show we shipped you the screen you ordered, it shipped right away, and delivered within a week or so of order. Then, when you determined it was too big for your needs, we did obtain a RMA for its return with the screen's manufacturer. The RMA was created 2 weeks after your original order was placed, so it appears the whole process from order, to delivery, to dispute, to resolution happened very quickly. Rob: I'm very sorry if there was any confusion. It does indeed look like you reached out to us in 2010 about a refurbished Casio projector, and we still had you in our database from that order attempt, hence you being included in the Trustpilot mailing. Thank you.

Danny: I've thought about how to reply to your comments for some time now, since first reading them. There are reasons this happened outside of our control, and I could explain it away, but I don't think any of that would matter to you at this point, since you did indeed miss out on that particular sale. So, instead of explanations, I'll simply state this... You were a customer of Projector Superstore and you had a very bad experience trying to shop with us, and for that I humbly apologize.
