COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Order placed 3 weeks ago. Charged immediately. 3 emails sent to customer service email with no response. They have no problem taking your money and providing NOTHING in return.

Do not order from Project Orochi they will not give you shipping info. Will not respond to emails sent 4 already. Ordered on Dec 8th 2022 took my money and have not shipped. I guess I lost $100.

If there was a zero star, I would have chosen it without hesitation. Absolutely horrible costumer service. I placed my order on Nov. 2, 2022, and my order was never shipped till 5 weeks later. I got my package today Dec. 21, 2022, but IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER; they had shipped someone else's order to me! I had try to contact them before by email for my order status, they would email me a week later, so I don't know when they are going to email me back again this time to fix this issue. At this moment, I have lost all hope of getting my order. I don't even care anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish I has read these reviews before I placed an order with these criminals. Never shipped. Responded to one email saying, "...unfortunately experiencing a few delays at the moment as a result of an increase in demand so it may take longer to receive your order than normal...". Never another word, never another response to multiple inquiries, never tracking info. Do NOT order from these crooks.

Ordered this just after Thanksgiving. Still hasn’t arrived! WTH?

I ordered two shirts for Black Friday and was told that they were delivered. When I check the email they sent me, it was sent to an entirely different state. I've contacted them through email and social media and nobody responds. Sad because I had a great experience with them in the past, I don't know who is running the show now to make their service so unbelievably awful.

I ordered a shirt for the first time and I know I provided the correct address because when I checked up on the order it said it was delivered to my adress but when I looked up the usps Id for my package it was delivered to Indiana instead of my state of Virginia.

I ordered 2 items and paid for them 11/28/22 - it’s now 12/16 and they haven’t even been shipped. There is no way they’ll make it before Christmas despite their website clearing stating that it would. I have emailed and messaged via IG and it’s been several days with zero response. This isn’t how to run a business. I’ll be reversing charges if it’s not shipped soon.
