Ordered a hoodie for my grandson on 12/4/22. It was suppose to be for Christmas and I have not received it. I have tried contacting them through their e-mail several times and no response at all. They do not have a phone number so you can call them. I feel that the few 5 star reviews were probably from them, since it is mostly 1s with a few 5s. I feel like I have been scammed.

I have ordered a couple previous times…. Excellent delivery and Grandson loves their sweats. This last time has been very disappointing. Ordered Oct 22 or arrival by Christmas, did not receive… No email explaining the delay. I reached out to them via email January 1, 2023 and so far no response! 😳

TOTAL SCAM!! Avoid at all cost

Ordered sweatshirt December 3rd. I have not received the sweatshirt and no communication as to why. I have been requesting a refund but no response. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Placed order 11/28. Received confirmation email and since the. Have been completely ghosted. Reached out via email/IG/DM- nothing. Sent another email tonight and received an almost auto email w/ bogus tracking via UPS. Either a scam or the worst customer service ever. Buyer beware. Feels like they took the money and ran

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a complete scam. They charge your account the day you order and never ship the product. I have emailed their “customer service” five times with no reply. I wish I saw these reviews before ordering from them. People like this make me sick!

Actually made a trust pilot account just to rate these guys. Ordered a month ago, zero replies to email, nothing shipped. Basically just writing the money off as lost to a scam. Maybe the product comes in time for next Christmas, not holding my breath though!

I thought this was going to be a cool company to order my boyfriends hoodie on for a gift and it was sponsored by a YouTuber he liked but honestly I’ve never had so much trouble and unanswered questions from any site before. I placed the order over a month ago of writing the review, downloaded the “shop” app to track it (not that there’s anything to be tracked) and it’s not even shipped, the only thing I got from them was a routine “we are experiencing delays” which according to the reviews wasn’t just for the holidays because it seems like everyone gets them. I wish I read the reviews first I was just so excited to get a hoodie I thought looked cool for a gift but I think it’s just some scam because they won’t even respond to any message I’ve sent even thought they’re weeks apart. This hoodie was way to expensive to not arrive and their “expected shipping” tab in FAQ is a complete waste of time to look at. Also I hate that there’s no way to cancel an order before it’s even shipped, you have to wait for the package to arrive and then return it, and that’s assuming you ever actually get a package, so you never know because they have no obligation to reply to any questions or ship your items, which means no item? No refund. Uhg
