I ordered a T shirt at the end of November 2022, I got a confirmation email and paid in full. I am still waiting for my order, I have emailed the company twice and have screenhots of doing so and they do not even have the courtesy to reply to me. I am now going to pursue a full refund as this is just a ridiculous amount of time to wait for my order and with no correspondence from the company to update me on anything.

So along with many others, I too placed an order back in December. I've requested several updates from this company with nothing in response. I truly wonder if the positive reviews are bots. Never again will I order from this company!

Once again this company has failed to deliver. Ordered on Dec 6th. No sight of the goods and no reply to my follow up email on Dec 28th asking where the order is. No tracking. NOTHING. I have emailed again today.... my son's christmas present : (

Placed an order in November, I have reached out three times in regards to the delivery and have not heard back; with the exception of one generic email. At this point, I would like a refund but no one will respond to that request. I would avoid this company.

Horrible company and zero customer service. Placed an order on December 12,2022 and never received the order or heard back from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails and have tried to reach out on their social media pages and haven’t received any information about my order. Unfortunately I used a gift card for this order and am having to get them involved to get my $111 back. Do NOT buy from this company!

Placed an order on November 28,had to reach out to PayPal because wasn’t receiving any feedback from Orochi.Finally was told my order was to ship on December 19th,again my order was never shipped,had to escalate to PayPal,was only refunded on January 13,NEVER BUY FROM THEM.They say the will be shipped, but never is,also if I hadn’t escalated the case,PayPal would have closed it and I would have lost my money.
