It's like it says in the title. I ordered my items back in desember and there's no information about my order. I asked them about an update on the email they sent to me when they said it would be "delayed" and got no answer. Then I asked again on the email they have on PayPal, waited a week, no answer. Then I asked on their official Instagram, waited a few days, no answer. Definitely a scam site, so stay away.

Not even received confirmation email from Dec. We have lots of these clothes. First time it has gone wrong. But zero communication sadly this time.

Ordered items in November costing £145 still no items. Had one email after I contacted them now i can't even send an email to them I don't know just kept saying couldn't send email. PayPal have closed my case because I didn't escalate the claim. I don't know I haven't made a claim before. So it looks like I have lost my money unless for some reason the items show up after 4 months absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered merchandise in late November totalling 152.00 dollars. These were items for our grandsons christmas. We have yet to receive this order. We have sent seven emails asking for an update. We have yet to get any type of response. Christmas is long gone now. My grandsons disappointment is not. The money is lost as well. Amazes me how people can do others this way and go to sleep at night.

Ordered 14 Dec 22, order still not received. 06/01 emailed and was advised 09/01 would receive shipping notice within week, nothing received as at Feb 23. Happy to take money ($300NZD) but no goods received and certainly no customer service. I advise do not purchase from Project Orochi. Disappointing for my 14 year old son.

What a incompetent company. Ordered on the 3rd week of October and received no updates on shipping or anything. Emailed and dm'ed their social media for refunds on my order multiple times and still no reply.

Been waiting for my order since September 2022. I've been getting replies by customer service but it's always basically "sorry, should be shipped very soon". First time I'm buying from them and also the last time.

Like many others, as soon as I payed for the order they disappeared. It has now been over two months and I have escalated the issue with PayPal.
